Tracy-Ann Moore specialises in Dispute Resolution having qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in the year 2000 and joined Hansells in September 2016.
Based in our Aylsham office but also covers Cromer, Sheringham and North Walsham County Offices.
Tracy-Ann is an avid supporter and advocate for Local businesses in Aylsham and surrounding areas, having been involved in the local Business Chamber “Abef” for a number of years holding positions of Vice-Chair and more recently over the last couple of years she has been appointed Chair where she has successfully steered the chamber and has been involved many functions assisting local business and community.
Tracy-Ann advises on a broad range of disputes with a significant number of her practice specialising in disputes concerning Wills, Trusts and Estates. As such Tracy-Ann actively assists our Wills, Trusts and Lifetime Planning department advising on conflicts between trustees, capacity Issues and Inheritance provision claims. Tracy-Ann successfully handles claims relating to the removal of a trustee and a variety of complex claims for beneficiaries against estates challenging the validity of a Will and/or claims under the Inheritance (Provisions Form Family and Dependants ) Act 1975.
