Sue Lloyd

Sue Lloyd is an Associate and our North Norfolk Team Leader.  Sue is based in our North Walsham office.  Sue joined Hansells in 2017.

Sue specialises in all types of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties; transfers of equities, voluntary first registrations, re-mortgages and right to buy purchases.  Her particular area of expertise are shared ownership and affordable housing transactions.

Sue has many years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
