Mark Scott specialises in litigation and dispute resolution with more than 25 years successful experience acting for private and corporate clients in both the High Court, County Court, Property Chamber Land Registration First-Tier Tribunal, and in other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Mark assists Sports Governing Bodies on regulatory matters and is a member of the British Association for Sport and Law (BASL).  He holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Sports Law and Practice from De Montfort University and in 2019 was appointed by British Canoeing, the National Governing Body for paddle sports in the UK to its Appeals and Disciplinary Panel where he adjudicates on selection appeals made by athletes on the Canoe Sprint World Class Programme for the 2024 and 2028 Olympic Games.  He also sits as an Independent Football Discipline Panel Member for the Norfolk County Football Association and is a Director of the Norfolk County Cricket Board.
