    Keely qualified as a solicitor in October 2000 having received a distinction in the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School.  She trained in a general practice gaining experience in all areas of litigation and dispute resolution.

    Keely moved to Hansells in February 2011 to work as a solicitor in the Personal Injury Department and in October 2019 was promoted to an Associate.   Keely has moved into the civil litigation team dealing with all areas of dispute resolution.

    Keely continues to deals with all areas of Personal Injury law including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, tripping/slipping accidents and has experience of complex and high value claims.

    In addition she deals with neighbour and boundary dispute, contested probate matters, disputes regarding property relating to co-owners and contract disputes.

    Keely is a member of the Law Society and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

    In her spare time Keely loves spending time with her husband and 2 sons.  She enjoys going to the theatre and cinema and is a member of an amateur dramatics group.  She also enjoys travel, eating out and spending time with friends and family.

    Timothy Eagle is the firm’s Senior  Partner. He graduated from the London School of Economics, and qualified at Hill and Perks (now known as Eversheds).

    Timothy is a highly experienced dispute resolution lawyer with a particular interest in landlord and tenant matters, financial advice disputes, building and general contract disputes ,and probate and trust disputes.

    He also handles specialist personal injury and clinical negligence work.

    In 2008 Timothy completed his studies to become a Notary Public.

    Fiona started her career in personal injury and civil litigation law.   Fiona has over 27 years of experience in dealing with all types of personal injury and professional negligence claims.  Fiona also deals with  boundary & neighbour disputes and also contractual disputes.

    Fiona is compassionate and prides herself in helping her clients throughout the claims process which for some can be very daunting. Fiona joined Hansells in August 2010.  Fiona has a particular interest in cases involving claims where liability is in dispute and for those and the families of those that have sustained injury and lost loved ones.

    As an experienced Litigator Fiona deals with complex and high value multi-track claims.

    Fiona works out of both our Wymondham and Norwich offices and is happy to visit client’s in their home should they not be able to travel.

    In her spare time Fiona enjoys cooking, travelling, reading and has a passion for languages.

    Mark Scott specialises in litigation and dispute resolution with more than 25 years successful experience acting for private and corporate clients in both the High Court and County Court, Property Chamber Land Registration First-Tier Tribunal and in mediation or other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

    Mark is a member of the British Association for Sport and Law (BASL) and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Sports Law and Practice from De Montfort University.  In 2019 he was appointed by British Canoeing, the National Governing Body for paddle sports in the UK, to its Appeals and Disciplinary Panel.  He also sits as an Independent Football Discipline Panel Member for the Norfolk County Football Association.

      Rebecca Wood is a Legal Assistant/Paralegal working in the Disputes Resolution Team.   Prior to joining Hansells in 2018, Rebecca worked in Property and Litigation law.

      Rebecca graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with an hons degree in Law, Government and Politics.

      Outside of work Rebecca enjoy participating in fundraising and outdoor activities.
